Quality Assurance Programme
Within the context of external quality control the Klinik St Marien takes part in the quality control system provided by the German statutory pension insurance scheme (DRV-Bund).
The services of our clinic are regularly benchmarked with other clinics.
In the clinic we regularly seek patient feedback. The comments results of the feedback are very important in helping us improve our work.
Our internal complaints management allows us to react at the earliest opportunity to complaints from patients, accompanying people, and visitors to come up with solutions as quickly as possible, in order to make the stay at our clinic as smooth and easy as possible.
In the interdisciplinary workgroups we set quality standards for therapy and nursing for the management and administration processes.
We at the Klinik St Marien are currently preparing for certification to quality standard DIN ISO 9001:2008.
